ORDERS
Please read each listing and make sure you select the correct colours for your charms and silk. If you mistakenly choose the incorrect colours, we cannot exchange the item once posted. If you have made a mistake in your order, you must get in touch within 24 hours of purchase to make changes or cancel the order for a full refund.
UK DELIVERY
We currently send all orders via complimentary tracked 48hr service. If your order is over ยฃ100 we will send this via 48hr tracked service with signature.
If you miss a parcel, it is your responsibility to organise re-delivery with Royal Mail or to collect it from your delivery office. Mandarina is not responsible and cannot resend pieces in this instance.
All domestic packaging is plastic free. International orders are plastic free except for the plastic customs form envelope. We are looking for a non plastic alternative.
If the order is a gift, please do feel free to email us at orders@mandarina.studio with your desired message to the recipient, your order number, name, and the supplied postal address, and we would be more than happy to include a complimentary gift note!
- Shipping to EU and the US is temporarily suspended due to new regulations. We are hoping to resume shipping in 2026. -
EUROPE & REST OF WORLD
We now ship to UK, EU, US, Canada, and Australia. Delivery outside of the UK costs a flat rate of ยฃ11 and your order will be sent with a tracked and signed for service. Please be aware that we are not responsible for customs/duty fees incurred when the order reaches the destination country. We advise that you check for any potential import fees for items delivered from the UK to your country before placing an order.
RETURNS
We cannot accept returns.
However, if you have any issues with your jewellery, please email us at orders@mandarina.studio so that we can work to resolve it.
If a mistake is made by Mandarina, we will endeavour to correct it.
